New Washington State Law Effective January 1, 2010!
All ticket buyers must get a reseller permit.
This is a mandatory law for everyone purchasing Charity Car Wash Tickets.
The reseller permit is issued by the Department of Revenue. Reseller permits are free and will be issued to non-profit organizations that make wholesale purchases. The permits allow non-profit organizations to purchase Charity Car Wash tickets for resale without paying retail sales tax.
It takes 2-4 weeks to receive your permit, but you can purchase and sell Charity Car Wash Tickets while you are waiting for your permit. If you already have a resellers certificate filed with us you still need to apply for a resellers permit. The reseller permit will replace your reseller certificate. - To order by phone: Please have order form filled out before you call our office at (206) 622-8425.
- To order by fax: Print out an order form and fax it in to our office at (206) 623-4474.
- To order by mail: Print out an order form and mail it in to our office with your check or credit card information.
** Please remember tickets have to be in increments of 8 with a minimum of 40 tickets. **
