1) What programs are available? Two programs are available. Tickets for one program are redeemable at participating Attended Car Washes. Tickets for the other program are redeemable at participating Self-Serve Car Washes. The decision which program to use will usually be based on the participating washes that are closest to those doing the fundraiser. A list of member washes can be found by clicking “Participants” on the left menu bar.
A banner is available for your use so you can set up a table at a sports game or in front of a retail establishment. We recommend wearing your sports team or club uniforms to help drive sales. Or, try emailing friends and family. How you sell them, and for how much is up to you.
Tickets are valid at participating PSCWA car washes throughout the Puget Sound area. A list of member washes can be found by clicking “Participants” on the left menu bar. Participating locations will also be printed on the backside of the car wash tickets.
Yes, for both the Attended Wash Tickets, and the Self serve Tickets, you must prepay by credit card or check. Your order will be processed as soon as payment is received. The tickets have an expiration date six months from date of printing. You may continue to sell tickets as long as you like. We ask that you ensure that the tickets are sold, which may require redistributing them among your volunteers during the course of the fundraiser.
Car Wash tickets will have a 6 month expiration.
Tickets are not refundable, so keep an eye on the expiration date and redistribute them to people who are having an easier time selling.
An application can be emailed, mail, or faxed to you, or you can complete the application on our web site. Click “Info Request/Order” on the left menu bar . Complete the application and return it with your credit card information or check. 9) Is there a minimum purchase? Yes, for first time orders the minimum number of tickets is 100. After that, if you need more the minimum is only 48 tickets. By ordering your tickets in smaller batches you reduce the risk of ending up with leftover tickets and keep renewing the expiration date (because they expire 6 months after date of printing).
