New Procedure:

Prior to placing your ticket order, it is required that a Resale Certificate from the Department of Revenue is completed.  This gives us proper documentation that your group’s participation in our Charity Car Wash Program is solely for non-profit purposes.  To download the form please click here.

After filling out the form please either fax or mail us the form to the contact information provided below.  As soon as the form is received we can then proceed with the ticket order process. Forms only need to be completed once per group.
