New Washington State Law Effective January 1, 2010!
All ticket buyers must get a reseller permit.
This is a mandatory law for everyone purchasing Charity Car Wash Tickets.

The reseller permit is issued by the Department of Revenue. Reseller permits are free and will be issued to non-profit organizations that make wholesale purchases. The permits allow non-profit organizations to purchase Charity Car Wash tickets for resale without paying retail sales tax.
It takes 2-4 weeks to receive your permit, but you can purchase and sell Charity Car Wash Tickets while you are waiting for your permit. If you already have a resellers certificate filed with us you still need to apply for a resellers permit. The reseller permit will replace your reseller certificate. Attended Car Wash Tickets
Required to sell tickets for at least $5. Suggested selling price between $6-$8. Good for a basic car wash. Redeem at any of the participating locations listed on the back of every ticket. 		Self-Serve Car Wash Tickets
Use at participating locations bill changer machines. Required to sell tickets for at least $5. Tickets may be redeemed at local car washes.
Tickets come in increments of 8 with a minimum purchase of 40 tickets.

** Please note there is a $5.15 shipping charge added to all ticket orders.

Please note that tickets are not refundable. It is up to you to manage your group's fundraiser and keep track of the tickets. No tickets will be reissued for any reason.
